Three probes are available for 500 MHz Bruker solution state spectrometer

5 mm TXI RT Probe 5 mm BBI RT Probe 5 mm QXI RT Probe

Nuclei such as 1H, 7Li, 11B, 13C, 17O, 15N, 19F, 23Na,27Al, 29Si, 31P, 51V, 77Se,129Sn etc. can be analyzed.

1D as well as 2D experiments such as HSQC, HMBC, NOESY, COSY, TOCSY etc. can be carried out.

In addition, the spectrometer has a Variable temperature (VT) unit that enables experiments to be carried out in the temperature range of -150°C to 150°C in an inert nitrogen gas environment.

HX probe is available for this spectrometer.

600 MHz solution state spectrometer is a DST-SAIF spectrometer.

Three probes are available for 700 MHz Bruker solution state spectrometer.

1. 5 mm QXI RT probe
2. 5 mm TXI RT probe
3. 5 mm BBI RT probe

1D, 2D and 3D experiments can be performed. Variable temperature experiments can be performed in the temperature range of 0°C to 80°C.

2. 5 mm TCI Cryoprobe
3. 1.7 mm TCI Cryoprobe

1D, 2D and 3D experiments can be performed. Variable temperature experiments can be performed on the cryoprobe between 0°C to 80°C.
