400 MHz Bruker solution state spectrometer is a DST-SAIF spectrometer.

Two probes are available for 400 MHz Bruker solution state spectrometer

1. 5 mm BBI RT probe
2. 5 mm QNP RT probe

Nuclei such as 1H, 7Li, 11B, 13C, 17O, 15N, 19F, 23Na,27Al, 29Si, 31P, 51V, 77Se,129Sn etc. can be analyzed.

1D as well as 2D experiments such as HSQC, HMBC, NOESY, COSY, TOCSY etc. can be carried out.

In addition, the spectrometer has a Variable temperature (VT) unit that enables experiments to be carried out in the temperature range of -150°C to 150°C in an inert nitrogen gas environment.

500 MHz Jeol solution state spectrometer is a DST-SAIF spectrometer.

Three probes are available for the 500 MHz Jeol solution state spectrometer

1. Supercool probe (liquid nitrogen cooled probe for higher sensitivity)
2. HX probe
3. HFX probe

1D as well as 2D experiments such as HSQC, HMBC, NOESY, COSY, TOCSY etc. can be carried out.

Single pulse decoupling, CPMAS, MQMAS, MATPASS experiments can be carried out.

600 MHz Bruker solution state spectrometer is a DST-SAIF spectrometer.

iTBO Probe is available for the 600 MHz Bruker solution state spectrometer.

In addition to detection of 1H, 13C, 15N and 19F, nuclei with gyromagnetic ratios from 31P to 109Ag can be analysed on the broadband channel.

1D, 2D as well as 3D experiments can be carried out on this spectrometer.
